Order Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Zenizenta (hereinafter referred to as “we”) provides products and related services through its online store. To ensure a stable and manageable order processing workflow, the following terms apply to order cancellations:

  • Within 48 hours after an order is successfully placed, and before the order has entered the shipping or dispatch preparation stage, you may request to cancel the order;

  • If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already entered the shipping process, direct cancellation will no longer be supported;

  • If an order cannot be canceled, you may contact us after the item has been delivered and apply for a return and refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

  • To request an order cancellation, please contact us via our customer service email or phone number and clearly state your request;

  • When submitting the request, please provide your order number and relevant payment information for verification purposes;

  • Upon receiving complete information, we will verify the order status. If the request meets the cancellation conditions, it will be processed promptly and the result will be communicated to you using your provided contact details.

3. Refund Processing

Once an order cancellation or return request is confirmed, we will process the refund within 1 to 5 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (such as Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and completed as quickly as possible after confirmation.
