Shipping policy

 

1. Service Coverage

We provide delivery services within Australia only. Delivery to other regions is currently not supported.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Orders with a total amount below AUD 97.99 are subject to a shipping fee of AUD 9.70.

  • Orders with a total amount of AUD 97.99 or more qualify for free shipping.

3. Order Cutoff and Processing Time

  • Orders placed and paid before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day;

  • Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed on the next business day;

  • If the order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next business day.

4. Order Processing Time

After order confirmation, we will prepare and pack your order as soon as possible. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days.

5. Delivery Time

Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days. This is an estimate only, and actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping conditions.

6. Shipping Carriers

To ensure delivery efficiency and service quality, we may use the following logistics partners:

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • DHL Express

The shipping carrier may be adjusted based on the specific order.

7. Order Tracking

After your order is successfully placed, a confirmation email will be sent containing your order number, payment details, and shipping carrier information.
You may visit the Order Tracking page on our website and enter your order number along with the email address or phone number used at checkout to view the delivery status.

8. Delivery Responsibility

  • Damaged or Missing Items: If you find any damage or missing items upon delivery, please contact customer support immediately and provide relevant evidence.

  • Order Changes or Cancellations: Once an order has been processed or shipped, shipping details may no longer be modified.

  • Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. Any delivery issues caused by incorrect address information will be your responsibility.

9. Receipt Recommendation

When receiving your package, please inspect the packaging and items for any issues. If any abnormalities are found, note them at the time of receipt and contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange further assistance.
