Return and Exchange Policy

 

1. Validity Period

Within 30 days from the date you receive and sign for the item, you may submit a request for a return or exchange if the item meets the conditions outlined in this policy. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Conditions

Within the return and exchange period, you may apply for a return or exchange under the following circumstances:

  • The item has obvious appearance defects

  • The item has quality issues that affect normal use

  • The item has an odor, significant color difference, or other issues that impact normal use

  • The item received does not match the order information

  • Return or exchange without reason (the item must be kept in reasonable condition)

3. How to Return an Item

  • Contact us via email or customer service phone number to submit a return request, and provide your order number, payment confirmation, reason for return, and relevant photos or videos

  • Our customer service team will review your request as soon as possible and, once approved, provide the return address and further instructions

  • Send the item back to the designated return address and wait for us to confirm receipt

  • After we receive the item, it will be inspected; if it meets the return conditions, a refund will be arranged

  • The return label is included with the product and should be used when returning the item

4. How to Exchange an Item

  • Contact us via email or customer service phone number to submit an exchange request, and provide your order number, payment confirmation, reason for exchange, and relevant photos or videos

  • After approval, our customer service team will confirm your request and provide the return address

  • Send the item back to the designated address and wait for confirmation of receipt

  • Once the item passes inspection, a replacement item will be shipped within 1–3 business days

5. Refund Information

After the return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 1 to 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (such as Visa or MasterCard). The actual posting time depends on your bank’s processing schedule.

6. Shipping Cost Responsibility

  • If the return or exchange is due to appearance defects, quality issues, odor, significant color difference, or receiving an incorrect item, the related shipping costs will be covered by us

  • Shipping costs resulting from returns or exchanges without reason are the responsibility of the customer

7. Important Notes

Returned or exchanged items must be kept in reasonable condition and meet the requirements of this policy. We are not responsible for delays or inability to process requests caused by failure to follow the procedure or provide required information.
